I have to say I was in a bit of shock when I read Car and Drivers 2016 10 Best Cars as even with their top-of-the-line luxury, next-gen tech and engines that dominate, Mercedes-Benz was absent from the list. The C450 AMG did however receive an honorable mention with this note “Benz-slappy that I am, I find it hard to do one of these yearly columns without including one Mercedes. So here it is—the sweet spot between the country-clubbing C300 and the seal-clubbing C63. I’d buy one”.
