Japan is one of the largest markets for luxury goods, so it’s no wonder that brands like Mercedes, BMW and Lexus are constantly seeking new methods to stand out in the luxury automotive crowd. Mercedes’ latest plan to capture the attention of the Japanese market is this, a limited edition B-Class named the Mercedes B 180 Northern Lights LIMITED. Costing 3.36 million yen (or roughly $33,400 USD), the newest offering of the B-Class will have a limited run of 250 units.
Some of the exterior updates will include a new purple exterior paint, bi-xenon headlights, folding mirrors and LED daytime running lights. Inside, a leather wrapped steering wheel, heated seats with memory function and active parking assist (much needed in Japan) round off the list of upgrades.
