The contact to the service hotline or a Mercedes-Benz service is now a fast, mobile operation, and an integrated photo and notes function facilitates accurate documentation of damage.
Regular advice and information from Mercedes-Benz is present as are other practical daily living aids, such as the reference when the next service is due for general inspection of the vehicle.
In addition, the Mercedes-Benz Service App offers useful functions for each driver. It offers a parking assistant using automatic geo-positioning, and retrieves the parked vehicle displays. The modular Mercedes-Benz Service App will also grow in the future through through a series of new feature updates.
