Finally, after numerous spy photos showcasing the 2011 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class testing with a wealth of false paneling, new shots have emerged giving us the first glimpses of the 2011 CLS' actual styling traits.  In many ways, the overall shape of the four door coupe remains similar, with the most notable similarity being the same sloping roof line.

In the front, the headlight shape is somewhat more visible, while in the back, the shape of the LED taillights too can be surmised (with a little imagination).  Overall, the main feeling one gets when looking at the next-generation CLS seems to be one of a modest improvement over an already beautiful model, as opposed to a complete ground-up renovation.

As always, we'll keep you posted if we hear anything new regarding the 2011 Mercedes CLS-Class; in the meantime, keep scrolling for a few additional spy photos (click to enlarge), then head over to SpeedLux.com for the full high resolution gallery.

[Thanks for the tip Andrus.]
